Case study : Fun, Diversity and Inclusion

Client Brief:

EY, a multinational professional services firm, asked us to organise their Leeds Summer Event for 70 staff over an afternoon. They required the event to focus on fun, diversity and inclusion.

Our Thinking:

We sourced the perfect venue and location that encouraged the EY team to immediately switch off and relax away from the office environment. We then matched this event with an activity that was perfectly aligned to their brief by being fun yet competitive, as well as both mentally and physically challenging so as to include all participants.

The Finer Details:

EY arrived at Oulton Hall to be greeted by the Chillisauce Team and introduced to the afternoon activities which took place on the stunning venue grounds.

The group were split into equal numbers and put into designated teams. Each team took on challenges in the three zones that incorporated various skills, both physical and mental, to earn ‘Time Stars’ to use in the Hungry Hippo FINALE zone. Coupled with an element of nostalgia, each of the teams went head to head to see who were crowned the winners and presented with an engraved cup with the company name and winners medals.

Oulton Hall provided refreshments for the team to keep their energy levels up throughout the afternoon activities.
