Event overview: The Hacker is an immersive and interactive virtual escape game.Your servers have been locked down, participants have 60 minutes to solve challenging puzzles to unlock the servers. What happens on the day: Participants are bombarded with tricky missions of various types, that can be solved sequentially or in parallel. As the teams progress, more levels are opened up with increasing difficulty. The aim is to crack challenges, collect letters and solve the final challenge to crack the final password. Players have to use their logical thinking, intelligence, dexterity and observation skills to make their way out! Be aware it can be highly addictive! The Hacker can be played anywhere. Take part in the same game, at the same time (no matter where you are!) The games can also run over a few days with offices in different time zones. The theme: A group of hackers have managed to break into your servers and lock all your corporate files. They threaten to erase it all in 45 minutes. The hackers are not motivated by cash, their agenda is more philosophical. If you and your teams prove your worth, they might relent and release the files. The beginning: Before the game starts, the group will divide themselves into smaller, more manageable teams of 3-5 people. Each team will assign a team leader who invites the other team members to a virtual meeting (zoom, teams etc). All team leaders will receive a unique web link to start the game in their browser.
