Overview

This Irish institution sits at the heart of the St James’s Gate Brewery, which has been producing the black stuff since 1759. The Storehouse itself dates back to 1904 and is built in the style of the Chicago School of Architecture. The story of Ireland’s most famous export unfolds across 7 floors as the museum snakes its way up to the Gravity Bar, a sprawling space where visitors can enjoy unparalleled views of Dublin whilst enjoying a freshly-poured pint.

The tour was good and thoroughly enjoyable for many of us. We intended to upgrade so we could get a picture on top of the Guinness but unfortunately this was sold out on the day.

Great informative tour very interesting to see the history and the evolving of this unique product and as a bonus the best pint of Guinness that i have ever had it is a shame that you can not buy a pint of Guinness in England that comes anywhere near the ones in Dublin
