Overview
A Churrascaria is a South American restaurant that is particularly known in Brazil and where the most delicious Brazilian specialties are served. The special feature: the various meat specialities are cut directly from the skewer onto the plate. In Germany it is better known under the name Rodizio because the Rodizio waiters run from table to table with the skewers and serve the different kinds of meat to all guests bit by bit.
