The cocktail part was fab as was our cocktail maker Sal, but the meal was pretty awful with poor service from rude staff. Despite only getting the menu choices within 24 hours of the meal we were told we’d been sent the wrong choices! Poor organisation. The only reason Revolution gets 3 stars is because of the cocktail waitress/mixer/ barmaid.

The class was fun and the girl behind the bar doing it with us was amazing! But either the venue or chilli sauce had given us the wrong menu to pre order our meal from, and despite sending a pre order to the venue, it wasn’t until food was arriving at the table that some people in the party we’re told that their options weren’t even an option at the restraint anymore. Not sure how the kitchen could hadn’t realised this when we sent them our pre order.

After the cocktail making the bar was closed to us and we had to go downstairs to order drinks. Most of the food that arrived was wrong and it took forever even though we had pre ordered. Unfortunately we had been given the wrong menu to choose from despite several emails back and forth where no one told us that until the night. The staff were rude and didn’t once come and ask us if everything was ok - I don’t think any of them actually wanted us to be there. It was a bit of a shambles to be honest. The only saving Grace was Sal the cocktail instructor who was friendly, patient and she really made the night for us. Shame about the rest.
