So much to see

Travellers to the Czech capital say it holds a fantasy feel, mirrored by no-where else in the world. There’s loads to see, do and sample; from Prague Castle, story book home of the Czech president, to the John Lennon Wall, the ever-evolving public mural covered in wishes for world peace.

Cross Charles Bridge and soak up the buskers, bands and souvenir sellers that give the area its storybook vibe, or visit Wenceslas Square for some of the best bars and restaurants the Czech Republic has to offer. Old Town Square

When it comes to Prague’s masterful combination of old and new, nowhere does it better than Old Town. The historical epicentre of the city, it’s now the premier public space; host to shops and restaurants serving everything from traditional Czech cuisine to hearty tourist classics.

It’s also the place to join the daily crowd of tourists flocking to see Prague’s famous Astronomical Clock perform its hourly show. Plan your trip around Easter or Christmas, and you can catch one of the square’s huge holiday markets, drawing traders from across the continent.

Best view of the city

With so many incredible things to see, there’s no ‘best sight’ in Prague. There may, however, be a best way to see them. For centuries the formation of the city has been dictated by the River Vltava, making a voyage down its banks the perfect way to enjoy the capital. Sit (with a drink in hand of course) and cruise down the beautiful waterway, taking in what is arguably Eastern Europe’s most stunning city. Available day or night, you choose the hour at which you think the city is at its most glorious

Whether you want to soak up the sights, the history, or the local liquor, Prague is the perfect place. It has all the ingredients for an unforgettable hen weekend, and we’re on hand to help put them together. With incredible culture, beautiful scenery and a buzzing nightlife to match, the only thing missing is you.
